Responsibilities

• Protect policyholder interests in litigated workers' compensation matters through settlement or decision.
• Handle complex litigation and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with policyholders.
• Provide case status updates, recommendations, and legal guidance to policyholders and claims staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
