Job summary

JCW Group is partnering with a leading New Jersey insurance carrier to hire a Staff Attorney within its General Claims Legal team. The role supports coverage analysis, policy interpretation, and defense matters across personal and commercial P&C, collaborating with claims and business partners to provide practical legal counsel.

You will advise on coverage matters, review policy language, oversee outside counsel, and help resolve complex claims issues.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active NJ Bar admission or eligibility for an in-house limited license.
• 1–5 years of insurance coverage and/or insurance defense experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
