Job summary

HACH & ROSE, LLP in New York is seeking an in-house videographer and content creator to lead video production for our social presence across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will own the content strategy and how the firm shows up online.

The role blends shooting and editing, with a focus on vertical short-form videos, posting schedules, and campaign development. You’ll direct attorneys, maintain a consistent brand look, and craft content that resonates across platforms.

Qualifications

• Real experience shooting and editing short-form vertical video.
• Portfolio or reel required.
• Genuine feel for social media, not just production skill.
• Comfortable directing non-professional talent (attorneys).
• Creative, self-directed, and invested in making great work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen the Firm's brand identity across social platforms.
• Create and manage content calendars for blogs, websites, newsletters, attorney profiles, and client testimonials.
• Publish and monitor engaging social content, including organic and paid campaigns.
• Produce and edit photography, video, and graphic content for digital, print, and advertising initiatives.
• Monitor online reputation and gather testimonials.
• Coordinate sponsorships, networking events, and charitable initiatives.
