Team Karl Malone Park City, Utah is seeking an in-house Title Clerk and Accounting Assistant to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and title documentation.

You will process vehicle registrations, assist the accounting team, and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer inquires
• Process new and used vehicles for registration
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Provide support within the accounting team as needed
• Aide in maintaining positive relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams, and dealership management

Would love and prefer that you have 1-2 experience in the field

Requirements

• Great communicator and listener
• Must have strong computer skills. Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems a plus
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
• Be able to interact well with the public in person and over the phone.
• Accuracy in following procedures and directions.
• Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
