This role combines hands-on service with a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other team members to maintain production standards, assist with in-house duties, and contribute to a positive atmosphere for customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time onsite in Knoxville, TN.
• Strong reliability and a willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and safe work practices.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be willing to get Food Safety Certification.
• Must be ok with working in a Residential Workspace.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must work full shift.
• Monday-Friday 9:30AM-2PM, Saturday 9:30AM-3PM, Closed Sundays

• Provide friendly, responsive customer service while assisting with daily in-house needs
• Support food preparation and/or production tasks according to established quality and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper sanitation practices
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed to support steady operations

Compensation

Hourly rate: $18 - $20 (plus bonus incentives)
