Duties

• Collaborate with partners and attorneys on complex insurance coverage matters.


• Draft coverage opinions and coverage position letters.


• Prepare pleadings, motions, and manage discovery in coverage litigation matters.


• Advise clients on a broad range of insurance coverage issues.


• Communicate directly with clients and prepare detailed reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.


• Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.


• 5+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience.


• Experience handling coverage matters in New York, New Jersey, and other jurisdictions.


• Strong background drafting coverage opinions involving Commercial General Liability, Excess Coverage, Professional Liability, Directors & Officers, and Property Coverage.


• Experience with both first-party and third-party claims.


• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.
