Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill therapy services according to company policy.
• Evaluate residents and develop short/long-term treatment goals.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention or treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and communicate findings to team.
• Maintain compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
