The PRN position focuses on evaluating and treating residents, developing treatment plans, documenting in NetHealth EMR, and ensuring CMS compliance.

Candidates must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, an active license in the state, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• CCC certification required.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff to carry over therapy goals.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in screening protocols to identify resident needs.
