Job summary

Larson Maddox is seeking an experienced in-house attorney in Beloit, WI to lead commercial contracting, drafting, negotiation, and risk management initiatives within the Legal Department. This in-office role requires a strong background in contract lifecycle management and UCC knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, and proficiency with CLM systems such as Ironclad.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of legal experience.
• Experience with CLM systems, especially Ironclad.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and warranty forms.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and stakeholders to negotiate contracts.
• Improve contract review processes and lifecycle management tools.
• Provide legal risk guidance to the company and subsidiaries.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contract administrators.
• Perform additional duties and special projects.
