Job summary

Darden is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join its in-house Creative Services team in Orlando. You will ideate, design, and deliver print and digital graphics that communicate clear client messaging while upholding brand standards.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage multiple projects, provide design direction for presentations, and support internal events and conferences through cohesive visuals and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of graphic design, agency, communications or other relevant experience
• Mastery of Graphic Design Platforms and Tools: Demonstrates high proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creative Design Development: Demonstrates the capability to create and manage the design process in a high traffic agency environment
• Project Management: Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, shift focus as needed
• Client Service: Interact with multiple levels of the organization with professional service
• Branding: Drive compelling visual storytelling that adheres to brand standards
• Communications: Excellent communication and attention to detail to translate messaging into visuals

Responsibilities

• Creates graphic designs and layouts for print, digital, presentations and other creative that adhere to brand standards
• Collaborates with print specialists and other creative professionals
• Translates business objectives into campaigns and visual storytelling
• Communicates with cross-functional teams and clients to understand requirements and timelines
• Maintains electronic files accessible for editing or printing
• Ensures deliverables and deadlines are met and informs clients if priorities shift
• Provides design advice to maximize efficiency and maintain visual consistency
• Leads creative direction and provides print & digital support for internal events and conferences
• Works with brand leadership during conference season to align messaging and visuals
• Coordinates with audio/visual teams for conferences and rehearsals
• Liaises with contractors or agencies to follow brand guidelines; suggests refinements
• Attends photo shoots and gives design-informed feedback
• Performs basic image retouching and uploads assets to DAM
• Stays current on design trends and professional development
