Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute designs for menus, event promotions, websites, social media campaigns, email marketing, signage, and other brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to transform ideas into impactful visual stories that elevate the guest experience.
• Lead creative development for brand launches, property openings, seasonal campaigns, and special initiatives.
• Create mood boards, brand guidelines, and original concepts reflecting each brand’s identity, voice, and vision.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas that keep brands distinctive.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to transform ideas into impactful visual stories that elevate the guest experience
• Lead creative development for new brand launches, property openings, seasonal campaigns, and special initiatives
• Create mood boards, brand guidelines, and original concepts that reflect each brand’s unique identity, voice, and vision
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, demonstrating strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail
• Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas that keep each brand relevant and visually distinctive

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Four to six years of experience in a creative design role; experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or an agency environment is a plus
• A strong passion for visual storytelling and the ability to adapt across multiple brands and creative styles
• A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while consistently maintaining high creative standards
