Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in relevant practice area(s).
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to take the Florida Bar Exam within a short period after beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation management and strategy for FINRA arbitrations and court matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on significant litigation.
• Draft documents and perform legal research related to litigation matters.
• Advise senior management on litigation matters and present findings.
• Train, coach and mentor others; lead work of team as needed.
