The range of the role is $93,750 to $156,250 annually, plus commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The actual base pay offered may vary based on geographic location and market data.

Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service

Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.

Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays

Possess sales experience

Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
