Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in Wellington, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an in-house role at Elms Retirement Village. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and deliver mobility and independence-focused PT services as part of a clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
