Job summary

Sprenger Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-house, patient-centered care within a family-owned rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to restore mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
