Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver patient-centered care in Ohio facilities.

You’ll evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, supervise PTA, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families and the care team.
• Provide physical therapy services to restore mobility, strength, function and independence.
• Conduct screenings to identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate and document for quality outcomes.
