Job summary

CareOne is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab team at Randolph, MA. You will collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff to improve patient outcomes within a stable, team-based environment.

You will implement treatment plans, document thoroughly, and participate in screenings and center processes. Prior PTA experience with older adults is preferred, with opportunities to advance within our multi-state network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current and active PTA license in the operating state.
• Prefer experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge of government and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitation care following accepted practice methods and meets center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
• Implements treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist.
• Provides feedback to the supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Participates in screening of residents according to schedules and practices.
• Participates in all center-directed processes and services.
• Manages treatment and non-treatment activities effectively.
• Maintains accurate billing records to meet requirements.
• Completes necessary clinical documentation.
• Participates in in-service training programs.
• May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
