Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation Center in St. Paul, MN seeks a PRN In House-Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a compassionate care team.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to create individualized plans, educate families, and document progress in compliance with guidelines.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current MN licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and assess residents with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve residents’ functional communication and swallowing abilities.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and strategies to support ongoing progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care.
