Job summary

Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders / US Neurology Associates seeks a hands-on Prior Authorization Manager to bring the function in-house and lead a high-performing team across multiple clinic locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

The role focuses on redesigning outsourced workflows and establishing standardized processes, service levels, and end-to-end authorization management for physician visits, imaging, procedures, and infusion therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of prior authorization experience in outpatient specialty healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years of direct team leadership or management experience in related function.
• Deep experience with insourcing prior authorization workflows and payer escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of prior authorization work from outsourced to an internal USNA team.
• Define future-state operating model and implement standardized policies and SLAs.
• Build, train, coach, and manage a team of prior authorization representatives.
