Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery is seeking a full-time Authorizations Manager to lead the on-site authorization team. You will drive efficient workflows and timely processing, coordinating with the Business Office, clinicians, and staff to optimize the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with authorizations or health insurances.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of health insurance portals and processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the organization.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and supervise authorization staff.
• Oversee daily operations of the Authorizations team to maximize productivity.
• Provide ongoing training and development; establish performance standards and coaching plans.
• Manage escalations and patient issues related to authorizations.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve workflow challenges and denial management.
• Oversee verification of insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission, tracking, and completion of authorizations.
