Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress and plans to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate treatment and discharge notes and ensure daily billing per policy.
• Support therapy program development and participate in Plan of Care meetings as needed.
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and professional conduct requirements.
• Possess active licensure/certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
