Responsibilities

• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for services.
• Develop short- and long-term treatment goals and plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
