Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services per standards of practice and departmental procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures.
• Evaluate residents to determine treatment needs and plan.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term treatment goals.
• Interpret and communicate findings to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete compliant and medically necessary CMS documentation in NetHealth EMR.
