Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans with the IDT.
• Educate residents and families on safety and mobility strategies.
