Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Dunn Loring, Virginia. The role supports plan implementation, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Active OTA licensure in the applicable state is required, along with ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screenings of residents to determine the best intervention.
• Perform treatment plans and follow goals set by supervising therapist.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and families.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in collaboration with the team.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per plan of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards in daily practice.
