Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Annandale, VA. This full-time/part-time/PRN role supports planning, organizing, and directing OT services to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular resident screenings to determine appropriate OT interventions.
• Implement treatment plans and follow goals as outlined by supervising therapist.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and interdisciplinary team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in collaboration with the team.
• Administer therapy and document billing in accordance with plan of care.
• Perform additional duties to support resident care and treatment.
• Adhere to CMS documentation standards in daily practice.
