Job summary

Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Walnut Creek, CA. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with competitive pay and a supportive environment.

You'll perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, and help residents regain independence in ADLs, mobility, and safety while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. California OT license required.

Qualifications

• Current California OT license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
