Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and the care team to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist (OTR) with active license or license-eligible.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate).
• National Certification Examination for OTR completed or in process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families and the care team.
• Provide OT services focused on restoring function, independence and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings to identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals following department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently to support quality outcomes.
