Continuum Rehab Group in Riverside, MO is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities. Licensed OTAs work under supervision of an OT to provide rehabilitative, evidence-based treatment, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning while supporting residents' recovery and quality of life.

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant required with active license.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled therapy under OT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients in SNF/long-term care.
• Assesses and documents patient progress; communicates with supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Provides counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Contributes discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
