Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• MUST have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention for each patient.
• Perform treatment plans and progress toward goals per plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and the care team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to plan and document/bill OT services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards of practice daily with required documentation.
