Job summary

You will modify motors, prepare orders in SAP, ensure safety with PPE, and support the shop lead to meet on-time delivery goals.

Preferred candidates have 2–4 years in related work, strong mechanical assembly skills, and the ability to read procedures and operate hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and tool use is required.
• Knowledge of motor modifications and safety procedures.
• Experience with SAP and other business software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modify electric motors as per customer specification.
• Deliver finished product to designated shipping area.
• Process completed production orders and quality inspection sheets in SAP daily.
• Support the Mod Shop Lead in projects to achieve on time delivery goals.
• Perform tasks in a safe environment while using PPE.
• Complete daily equipment operation checklists.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments.
