Job summary

Capital Vacations is expanding our in-house marketing team in Cocoa Beach, FL. We seek energetic professionals who can engage resort guests, build excitement for ownership, and invite qualified guests to Father Updates or Sales Presentations.

You will be rewarded for performance with compensation based on net tours generated, plus an hourly rate or commission, weekly payouts, and monthly bonuses. Growth paths include marketing leadership and management roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• In-House Marketing, OPC, Timeshare, or Vacation Ownership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, engaging, confident personality.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage with resort guests, owners, and members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Generate excitement around the ownership experience.
• Invite qualified owners to Owner Updates.
• Invite qualified non-owners to Vacation Ownership Sales Presentations.
• Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Follow qualification guidelines and company policies.
• Complete guest documentation and daily production reports.
