Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House in Honolulu to support Owners and guests with engaging experiences and events, helping create memorable vacation memories.

Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone. Flexible to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales or customer service experience.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Position may require background check and drug screening in accordance with state/local requirements.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, a typical day will include:

• Schedule s sales presentations and manage s customer expectations.
• Provide s the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure s that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty .

Guest Experience and Company Standards :

• Welcome and greet guests ; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
