Capital Vacations in Sedona, Arizona, is seeking motivated professionals to join our Marketing Team. As an In-House Marketing Representative, you will generate guest excitement for our vacation products, invite guests to attend sales presentations and Owner’s Updates, and help create memorable experiences for our members and guests.

We value an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage guests and promote vacation ownership.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate guest excitement regarding Capital Vacations’ products and services.
• Invite owners to attend an Owner’s Update.
• Invite non-owners to attend sales presentations for Capital Vacations.
• Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site needs, ensuring smooth check-in experiences.
• Understand company policies and ensure qualification for presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, shows, and events to provide recommendations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain production above minimum standards.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls, supporting guest needs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
