Jobot is seeking an In-House Litigation Support Attorney for a fully remote role in California. You will handle internal firm matters such as fee arbitrations, interpleaders, and business disputes, while also providing litigation support coverage for hearings, depositions, and court appearances as needed.
Must hold an active California Bar license; litigation experience is strongly preferred and prior in-house, risk management, or firm administration experience is a plus but not required.
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
We're one of California's most established personal injury firms, with over a decade in business, more than $1 billion recovered for clients, and offices across the state including LA, San Francisco, San Diego, Sacramento, and beyond. Our team brings over 100 years of combined litigation experience, much of it earned on the defense side representing major insurers, which gives us a sharp edge when we're now on the plaintiff's side fighting for our clients.
This is a rare hybrid role for an attorney who wants variety without sacrificing stability. You won't be buried under a single caseload. Instead you'll handle the firm's own legal matters (fee arbitrations, interpleaders, business disputes) while also stepping into the litigation team's docket to cover hearings, depositions, and court appearances as needed. It's a great fit for someone who likes solving different kinds of problems day to day and wants real visibility into how a large, successful firm operates from the inside.
