Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in litigation support.
• Experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience with merchant cash advance or factoring companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents for in-house team.
• Track lawsuits from start to judgment.
• Handle motion practice, discovery and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel, courts, and third parties.
• Review invoices for accuracy and payment.
• Learn and utilize internal CRM and reporting systems.
