Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Experience supporting complex matters and managing deadlines.
• Familiarity with discovery, court filings, and document prep.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit briefs, motions, subpoenas, and other documents.
• Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and deadlines.
• Summarize medical records, bills, and case-related docs.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and providers.
• Handle electronic court filings in state and federal courts.
