Job summary

NACBA seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support its Disputes team in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will handle litigation, discovery, matter management, and day-to-day legal operations with minimal supervision, coordinating with attorneys and business stakeholders.

Minimum 5+ years of litigation support experience and an associate degree or paralegal certificate are required; strong drafting, organization, and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or comparable litigation support experience.
• Hands-on litigation and discovery experience including document collection, production, subpoenas, service of process, case files, and other dispute-related documentation.
• Strong drafting and case-management skills, with experience preparing correspondence, discovery responses, affidavits/declarations, settlement-related documents, reports, and other litigation materials.
• Demonstrated organizational and project-management ability, including managing deadlines, calendaring, invoicing, reporting, multiple active matters, and administrative needs while adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business stakeholders, Finance, and other internal teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
