Job summary

and be admitted in South Carolina with 2+ years of litigation experience, plus strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills suitable for a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in South Carolina with at least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws, rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage litigation, coordinating with external counsel and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Direct release of records and responses to subpoenas, FOIA requests, and other legal inquiries.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise departments on legal implications.
