Job summary

Stonepath is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner for its Los Angeles-based practice, with consideration for candidates from Las Vegas. The role features a hybrid schedule (4 in-office days, 1 day WFH) and a strong client base in commercial and real estate disputes.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation experience, CA or NV bar admission, and a proven ability to manage sophisticated matters and important client relationships from inception to resolution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Significant business/commercial and/or real estate litigation experience.
• Experience with complex contract, partnership, ownership, or real estate disputes.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Manage client relationships and parallel proceedings with independence.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

We’re partnered with a growing, multi-practice law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to join its sophisticated commercial litigation practice. The primary need is in Los Angeles, with candidates in Las Vegas also being considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to join a high-end practice with a strong client base, sophisticated matters, and a collaborative environment. The firm is open to attorneys with strong Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, or a combination of both.

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Significant Business/Commercial Litigation and/or Real Estate Litigation experience
• Experience with complex contract, partnership, shareholder, ownership, real estate, or other commercial disputes
• Strong litigation experience from case inception through resolution
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
• Active California or Nevada Bar admission, depending on office location
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and client relationships
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience handling both Business and Real Estate Litigation
• Real estate disputes involving leases, purchase/sale agreements, ownership/title, partnerships/JVs, development, or construction
• Trial and arbitration experience
• Experience representing sophisticated businesses, owners, investors, developers, or other commercial clients
