The Opportunity at a glanceFoundever is looking for aJunior Legal Counsel / Solicitorto join our in-house legal team. You will be involved in a range of activities to support and protect our business; however, your primary focus will be on reviewing commercial contracts for both existing and new client agreements. This is a hands-on role requiring both tactical execution and longer-term strategy. Crucially, you must be able to interact and negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
Although this role is home-based, you must be able to travel nationally to attend internal and client meetings as required. We are seeking someone with2–4 years’ PQE, ideally with experience as in-house counsel in the private sector.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, pension, and up to a 30% annual performance-related bonus scheme.
