Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active US state bar in good standing with eligibility for in-house practice.

Responsibilities

• Research federal, state, and local employment laws and translate findings for HR/management.
• Assist/lead matters involving employee relations, performance management, discipline, termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and leaves.
