Job summary

Westgate Resorts seeks an In House Greeter in Las Vegas to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for a memorable stay. You will assist with check-in, share resort knowledge, and guide guests to services and attractions.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a friendly attitude in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to stand and assist with light luggage as needed. Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Spanish.
• Knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and amenities is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light luggage if needed.
