Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO is hiring a friendly Front Desk / Guest Services associate to welcome families, assist with check-in, and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions. You will greet guests in the lobby and ensure a smooth, professional experience from arrival to departure.

You will enter guest information, coordinate with sales on tours, and assist departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to establish rapport with guests and project an outgoing, welcoming personality.

• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours.
• Assist sales departments when needed.
