LifeGift is seeking an In-House Donation System Specialist to support organ and tissue donation efforts at partner hospitals in the Conroe area. The role emphasizes building relationships and coordinating with hospital staff to improve donation metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree or equivalent healthcare/marketing experience, plus 2+ years in OPO or healthcare, with skills in public speaking, sales, data analysis, and strategic planning.
