Job summary

An expanding consulting firm located in Waltham, MA is looking for an Associate Counsel to provide legal support primarily for sales and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of in-house experience, particularly with Software as a Service contracts, and a current bar admission. This role offers a hybrid work model, competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000, and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of in-house counsel or related experience.
• 3–5 years experience with sales/vendor contracts, especially SaaS.
• Expertise in intellectual property and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support primarily for sales and customer success teams.
• Draft and review contracts including data privacy-related documents.
• Advise on customer questions, concerns, or complaints.
