Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to support a legal AI training and evaluation project on a fully remote basis. You will review contracts, perform redlining and simulated negotiations, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions, with strong negotiating skills for MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives, and excellent written and verbal communication.
