Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel with strong technology transactions expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This contractor role requires 3+ years in-house experience with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives, plus excellent written and verbal communication.
