Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel with strong technology transactions expertise for a remote, contractor role supporting a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Responsibilities include contract drafting, review, redlining, simulated negotiations, evaluating AI responses to contract scenarios, and developing objective criteria for AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
