You will draft and negotiate employment, vendor, and lease agreements, advise business teams on legal matters, and help modernize contract processes through technology.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida bar membership preferred.
• 2–4 years of transactional law experience.
• Healthcare, real estate, or employment law exposure a plus.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain legal concepts clearly.
• Interest in legal technology and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts (employment, vendor, lease, and other healthcare-related agreements).
• Advise business teams on contractual matters and general business issues.
• Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and operations to provide practical legal guidance.
• Support contract management and legal technology solutions.
• Draft and maintain template agreements and standard contract language.
• Establish and update policies aligned with compliance standards.
• Educate internal stakeholders on contract processes, negotiation considerations, and risk management.
• Drive consistency, efficiency, and innovation within legal operations.
